Garlic Spaghetti Squash
    Recipes for Locally Grown Foods

Ingredients:

large spaghetti squash

1/4 cup olive oil

2-8 cloves of garlic minced

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

crushed basil leaves

crushed oregano

sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scrap out the seeds. Rinse the squash and place cut side down in a shallow cooking pan with about a half inch of water. Bake until skin begins to turn golden brown (30-45 minutes). Remove from oven and carefully scoop out squash into a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, crushed garlic, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and a pinch of salt, then gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Garnish with a parmesan and serve.
