Chard Garlic Stirfry
    Recipes for Locally Grown Foods

Chard Garlic Stirfry 1 head of chard 4 cloves of garlic olive oil canola oil salt and pepper Wash chard thoroughly. Lightly dry with paper towels. Heat canola oil in frying pan over medium head. Add garlic and onion and saute for about 10 minutes. Add chard and salt and pepper. Saute gently for another 8-10 minutes. Serve with olive oil.
