Market Policies

All vendors must have appropriate business licensing and health department permits as required by law. Compliance with county health department rules for farmers markets is required at any our our markets.

Set up time is one hour prior to market opening. It may be difficult to accommodate late arrivals after the market starts.

If you reserved space and don't show up. You will need to pay for the vacant space prior to re-joining the market. Also, please be aware that no-shows loose there seniority and may not be able to participate if space is given to other vendors.

Payment of market fees is due at the end of each market. Vendors who are not paid up, will not be allowed to participate in future markets.

Vendors are responsible for keeping spaces clean and abiding by any environmental regulations. Absolutely nothing may be dumped into the water.

Open flames are not allowed onboard any FarmBoat vessels or adjoining docks without explicit permission of the captain or port authority.
